Jeff Papsdorf has been serving clients in Southeast Michigan for over 28 years, building his career on hard work, local knowledge, and a genuine commitment to the people he represents. A lifelong resident of Harrison Township, Jeff brings firsthand understanding of the waterfront lifestyle and surrounding communities that make this region unique. His background in home renovation and property investment gives him practical insight into construction, value, and what truly makes a home stand out in today’s market.

Throughout his career, Jeff has specialized in Lake St. Clair and waterfront properties, while also serving as a trusted resource for buyers and sellers across Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, and Wayne counties. He is a Veteran-Specialized Agent, a Relocation Specialist, and a recognized Macomb County Top Producer. Known for his straightforward communication and hands-on approach, Jeff works closely with each client to ensure they feel informed, prepared, and confident every step of the way.

EMILY SMALL
Emily “Small” Kruger is a dedicated real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry and has been a licensed Realtor since 2020. She specializes in investment properties, first-time homebuyers, and veteran transactions, working with clients across the full spectrum of the market - from luxury homes to starter homes.

Emily takes great pride in working closely with buyers and believes in spending the time necessary to find the perfect home - not just one that will work. Her thoughtful, client-first approach ensures her clients feel confident, informed, and supported.

Born and raised in Oakland County and having also lived in Macomb County, Emily offers expert local knowledge of both areas. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University and brings a strong background as a sales manager, Realtor, and landlord - providing valuable insight from multiple sides of the real estate market.
Outside of real estate, Emily is married, a proud pet mom to three dogs and three cats, and recently welcomed a new baby. Her passion for people, homes, and community is at the heart of everything she does.

I’d like to introduce myself - I’m Jacob A. Pochmara, Realtor with Michigan Homes Group. I’ve lived in Michigan’s Lakes Area my entire life, and growing up on one of the largest private lakes in my region gave me a deep appreciation for (and knowledge of) waterfront living.
As a lifelong boater - from inland lakes to Lake St. Clair and the Great Lakes - I understand it’s not just the home you need to fall in love with… it’s the body water, too.
